There are just some people every year that totally stump me for holiday gifts. I wanted to share some of my favorite gifting ideas from our Etsy collection today (it was designed with holiday gifts in mind!), and I’ll tell you exactly who I would gift them to in the hopes that it helps some of you out on those recipients that are tough to buy for. I also want to preface that everything you’ll see here is either offering free shipping (within the U.S.), or is free shipping eligible with a $35 purchase, which is such a nice thing to not have to worry about factoring into your budget! If you are thinking any of these items are the right fit for a gift you’re giving, be sure to grab it ASAP—a lot of the items in this collection have sold out.
Wooden Trays (available in small, pictured, and large) by C by M Creative. I want to start with my personal favorite from this collection—these beautiful wooden boards. I’ve used the large board for a few charcuteries already and it’s seriously such a beautiful piece that makes your boards POP. Even though there won’t be a lot of holiday events this year, this is the perfect host/hostess gift for future get-togethers. My sister who came to visit was so impressed by the quality of the board and thought it was so pretty.
Orange Rosemary Body Oil by Brown Butter Beauty. This body oil feels so luxurious and smells incredible. I had a friend who never buys beauty products make this purchase and she’s texted me many times since raving about how good it is, and I’m not surprised at all! This is the perfect gift for anyone in your life that needs a little extra self-care. Also, it’s the perfect time to gift a hydrating product with the dry, chilly weather. You know I’m a beauty product enthusiast, and I can verify that this oil is JAM PACKED with the good stuff: almond and sea buckthorn oil (two of my favorites for hydration and nourishing tired skin) and so much more!
Rose Quartz Coasters (set of 2) by Design Pretty. These coasters are such a sweet gift (did you know rose quartz is the stone of unconditional love?)! They are polished on the top with rubber feet on the bottom and I can tell these babies are going to last forever. I love these as a housewarming or something for the college student or 20-something gal in your life that you have no clue what she might like.
Flower Vase by Gabrielle Silverlight. As Jonathan Adler so wisely advised us in a summer podcast episode, find the things your heirs will fight over! This piece is truly a beautiful family heirloom and would be such a lovely gift for an art or flower-loving person in your life. From Gabrielle, “The floral design is created not from a paint or glaze but rather by hand-tinting clay pastel hues and meticulously forming each flower & leaf shape which is then inlaid (pressed) into a tan, speckled clay surface (a process called inlay/terrazzo/or nerikomi!). Carved detailing is then added to bring texture and depth to the piece.” HOW BEAUTIFUL and special is that?! Each piece is so uniquely and lovingly made, and to me, those are the most special gifts you can give. I think this could also be used as a utensil holder in the kitchen if you wanted to have it on display all the time.
Rainbow Earrings and Terrazzo Earrings by Kaju Creative. These statement earrings are such a beautiful gift—not only are they handmade, but they are super light and comfortable. I love this idea for a coworker or a teacher!
Ceramic Tray Trio by Dovekie & Finch. A fantastic gift for the jewelry/accessory enthusiast or organization queen in your life. OR, you can split this trio up to make three gifts. A perfect idea for that someone who has “everything” but loves beautiful handmade things.
Thanks (set of 5), Home Sweet Home, Hey Y’all (set of 5) cards from Posterity Paper. So, greeting cards as a gift. Really? YES, really. Have someone in your life that likes nice things but is VERY practical? That’s who I buy greeting cards for. Everyone needs cards for different occasions and having a nice set of stationery is so great to have around. Who really likes buying cards though? No one! That’s why these make such a great gift, especially the sets of 5.
Please let me know if you have questions about any of these products in the comments, we’re so happy to chat with you about them! Happy shopping. 🙂
